GREETINGS TO OUR BELOVED APO CONCHING, TO ALL ALAGAD AND TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE KAPATIRANG DIVINE MERCY!

June is my lucky month. This is the month of my birth, the month when I got married, and the best of all, the month when I discovered and first attended the activities of the DIVINE MERCY through Apo Conching. I was a government employee, and it was on my way going home (sometime in June 2006) when I saw a lot of people in front of the municipal building in Baliuag, Bulacan. There was a big tent installed and I saw the images of the DIVINE MERCY AND MAMA MARY were being venerated. I paused for a while to give respect to the images, and there I meet some folks who are members of the group KAPATRANG DIVINE MERCY. After a while of checking out what was happening there, I walked straight to our house but when I reached home, there was a strange feeling in me that I can't explain, something in my mind that was telling me to go back and be a part of whatever activities they are having. So, I rushed preparing something for our dinner then I asked my husband if he wanted to go with me to attend the veneration of the DIVINE MERCY and MAMA MARY or not. I noticed that my husband was a little hesitant that time, so I didn't insist then I told him that I will go attend the veneration.

When I arrived, I saw a large number of crowd and I found out that most of them are members of the Kapatirang Divine Mercy. I remained seated at the back curiously thinking what the gathering would be all about. After a short period of waiting, the activity started with songs of praises followed by the sharing of the those who were healed and have been touched by the Holy Spirit. After sharing of testimonies, a lady named "Apo Conching" who was dressed in white came out and started to deliver the massages of the Holy Spirit. I listened attentively and I was touched by every words she said. I don't know where she was picking the words she was saying. She was very straightforward. Every words that came out from her mouth are true and really amazing. I can say that those words were not from any human, it was indeed the words of the Holy Spirit. After the message, the people started to fall in line for a "blessing". Apo Conching stood in front of the crowd and beside her were some other women who were also dressed in white holding baskets of white roses and bananas. Almost everyone stood up to fall in line for the said "blessing". As a first-timer, I followed what the crowd wass doing, I stood up too not knowing what to do next. Suddenly, my neighbor (who is also my cumadre) approached me telling me to go for the line of Ate Irma. So I searched for the Ate Irma and found out that she is one of the so-called "Alagads" (disciples). Our line was not that long but the line seemed to be never ending. I noticed that Ate Irma was giving messages to each person on the line, and 'twas taking a lot of time. I felt like quiting the line. But then, I waited patiently for my turn and after waiting for a long time, my turn finally came. The most unforgettable part of my story... I was standing in front of Ate Irma then she started with the three signs of the cross on my forehead. With her eyes closed, she started whispering to my ears, telling me who I am, what I'd been through, and what sufferings I've had. I don't know who Ate Irma is, I haven't met her before but believe me, every word she said to me are true and I don't know why there was something in her that is so unusual, she looked like a big, tall guy with softly spoken words. And as she continued to talk, I can't help my self crying, my turn was over and still my tears continued to flow because I feel GOD'S presence thru the Holy Spirit within me.

After that experience, me and my husband frequently visited the altar of the DIVINE MERCY in Paligue. The following month (July 28, 2006), I passed the US visa interview, which wasn't granted to me after several tries in the past. It was August 5, 2006 when I was able to arrive in California.

PRAISE YOU OH GOD FOR YOUR PERFECT WAY OF CALLING US, TOUCHING OUR HEARTS, OPENING OUR EYES AND MINDS. THANK YOU FOR THE WAYS YOU ARE PROVIDING SO WE CAN BE ABLE TO TO KNOW YOU, PRAISE YOU AND TO BE CLOSE TO YOU. And MOST OF ALL, THANK YOU OH LORD for the MOST WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY GIFT THAT YOU'VE GIVEN ME, AMEN.

GOD HAS ALWAYS A PERFECT WAY OF CALLING, AND WHEN YOU'RE CALLED BY HIM, PLEASE DON'T HESITATE FOR THERE IS ALWAYS A REWARD BEHIND HIS CALL, YOU CAN FEEL HIS BLESSINGS, HIS COMPASSION, HIS MERCIFUL HEART AND MOST OF ALL... HIS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE THAT IS OVER FLOWING.
